About us
We are a modest haskap berry farm located in Summerland, British Columbia, Canada in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. We have about 1000 bushes under production at our farm in Prairie Valley.
What is a haskap?
Haskap berries (lonicera caerulea) are a delicious, highly nutritious and increasingly popular fruit native to Canada and boreal forest regions around the world. Research is ongoing to improve cultivars for taste, size and seasonable availability. They are very high in healthy antioxidants.

Recipes and ideas
Haskaps can be used in recipes like any other small juicy fruit. They add great colour to baking (pies, crumbles, muffins), are superb in jam, delicious in smoothies, and make fabulous ice cream. Commercially they are used to make wine and liqueur.
